SOOJI KHOYA MODAK..
Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl, add khoya, cook it in microwave for 2 minutes.

Take a wok or pan, add ghee, heat it. Lower the flame. Add sooji.

Stir fry it until fragrant.

Add milk now, mix it well. Cook it until sooji absorbs the milk.

In goes khoya, stir fry it until nicely mixed. Add elaichi powder, mix it well.

Add sugar now, mix it well, cook it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a bowl. Allow it to cool down a bit.

Take small portions, give the shape of Modak. Make all the modaks in the same manner.

Plate it, serve it as an after party sweet...
