  • 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupchopped cherry
  • 100 gramunsalted butter
  • 1/4 cuppowder sugar
  • 1 pinchsalt

    Mix the flour, butter, powder sugar and salt. Add the chopped cherries and blend smoothly in hand.

    Turnout the mixture into a work surface, roll the sought about 1/4 inch thick, cut into small squares.

    Place the cookies about 1 inch apart on the baking tray and bake @170 degrees until light golden brown (20 to 25mins). Our yummy cherry shortbread is ready.
