Steps

Take a pan and roast palli.Remove the skin.

Take a mixture jar, add roasted palli, Ginger,coriander seeds,cumin seeds, tamarind pulp,green chill and grind it well. Add sufficient water to make it paste.keep it aside.

Take a pan,add 1tbsp oil,add 1tsp mustard,2tsp corraider seeds,2tsp cumin seeds,1tsp hing,green chilli,curry leaves for tempering.

Add tempering to palli paste, add sufficient water and salt.
