Add all masala item in a blender and grind coarsely. In a pan add 1 table spoon oil. Once oil is hot, add jeera, mustard, hing and curry leaves.

In same pan, chop the boiled potatoes and add it, also add turmeric and salt. Wait for 3 mins untill potato turns slightly brown. Now add grinded masala, tomato and 1/2 cup water

Once water is boiled and Tomato turns mushy, add rinsed poha, coriander leaves, lemon juice. Close the pan and cook on low flame for 5mins. Serve poha hot and enjoy.

Note: Rinse poha atleast 3 times and set for 10 mins before cooking it. You can also add peanuts at the end for crunchy bites.
