Ingredients

  • 1/2 ltrcow milk chena balls
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1/2 litremilk for rasmalai
  • As neededsugar
  • 1/4 cuppistachios almonds chopped
  • 1 tspElaichi(cardamom) powder
  • 8-10saffron thread
  • 1 tbsprajgiri aata(flour)

Steps

  1. 1

    First take amilk as a pan when milk boiling gas off then add veneger mix water add milk the milk will be changed chena

  2. 2

    Then chena wash in running water and hung with maslin cloth in one hour

  3. 3

    Chena rub in aplate with the help of plam 6_7 min looking a dough then making achena balls the another side water &sugar boiling in apan 1/2cup sugar &4 cup water when water start boiling then add chena balls on high flame for 20 min in while water also add if need

  4. 4

    Another side milk boiling a pan 15 min then add sugar &pista &add chena balls boiling them 3_4min then gas off 1dro add rose water kesar thread put the rasmalai 3_4hours in the freze

  5. 5

    Then serve
