In a mixing bowl, add leftover rice, ginger paste, salt, turmeric, chopped green chillies, jeera, corn flour and mix well. Now add 1 tsp of breadcrumbs (keep remaining breadcrumbs for coating). Mix well, prepare 8-10 nuggets.

Coat the nuggets with breadcrumbs.

Deep fry Or shallow fry the nuggets. Serve with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
