  • 100 gmdahi
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • Onion seeds
  • kala jeera

  1. 1

    Cut brinjal into halves

  2. 2

    Add salt, turmeric to brinjal and marinate for 15 mins

  3. 3

    Heat oil and shallow fry brinjals

  4. 4

    Add onion seeds, kala jeera wait for crackle

  5. 5

    Add fried brinjal

  6. 6

    Add dhaniya powder

  7. 7

    Add beaten thick curd

  8. 8

    Add fresh coriander leaves
