Mix all ingredients together and make paste while adding water.

Take oil and heat it.

Add Eno before putting it in to oil and mix the paste properly.

Put lumps of paste in oil and fry it properly.

Take out the fried bhajiya and enjoy eating!!!!

Note-If green methi is included in bhajiya then add 1 teaspoon sugar.
