Cashew gulkand cup

Firstly Soak saffron threads into 3 tbspn milk keep aside for 10 minutes.

Grind cashew make powder

Add sugar, condensed milk, food colour mix then add saffron milk gently as required make like doe.

Roll this doe with hand and make flat like roti. Then set into any mould.. then kept into refrigerator for half an hour to set.

Meanwhile make stuffing mix chopped cashew into gulkand.

After half an hour demould the cup.

And fill with stuffing then garnish with sprinkler and choco sticks.

Ready our cashew gulkand cup.
