Boil the potatoes. Grate and mash the potatoes. Add salt. Mix well. Now grease your hands and on a plastic sheet flatten the small ball of potato and give a shape of a heart with a heart shape cookie cutter.

Then apply chutney and spread it over the potato and now with another potato cover it. Now heat little oil on a tawa and shallow fry on both sides making it crisp and golden brown.
