It was my everyday coffee jo pta nahe kahan kab kese mashoor ho gae and I was like.. iska ye naam tha 😮🤨🙄
So the steps are a little different.. I dont use the ratio of 1:1:1 instead.. i use more than double sugar and almost more than double water.. HOT OR COLD.. DOESNT MATTER !! I guarantee you..
As I’ve been making it since 5 years !!
The thing that I use more sugar is that I don’t like dense and bitter coffee plus I don’t have to add any sugar later.. but you can obviously add whatever amount of sugar you want..
About water.. it's like the more water, the more coffee cream you get..
Can be stored in an open or closed container in freezer for a week, as it melts, blend again..

Ingredients

1 person
  1. 2 tbspcoffee
  2. 5-6 tbsppowdered sugar
  3. 5-6 tbspwater
  4. 3/4 glasscold milk

Steps

  1. 1

    In a jar or big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except milk.

  2. 2

    Beat the 3 ingredients till stiff peaks form. Freeze for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add milk in serving glass and add 2 tsp of coffee cream on the top of it. Save the rest for later use.

  4. 4

    Serve cold and enjoy.
