Ingredients

8 pieces
  • 200 gall purpose flour
  • 110 gwater
  • 15 gvegetable oil
  • 2 gsalt
  • 3 gbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients and mix it into a dough. Rest for 30 minutes.

    Divide the dough into 8 portions. Make it round and flatten it.

    Switch on to medium heat. No need to grease the pan. Cook on one side for 1 minute. Flip it to the other side when you see big bubbles. Cook the other side for 1 minute as well.
