  2. Green onions
  3. 1 oz (30 g)shiitake mushrooms
  4. 3 1/2 oz (100 g)lean meat
  5. Soy sauce
  6. Oyster sauce
  7. Cooking oil
  8. 1 pieceginger
  9. 1/3bulb of garlic
  10. Salt
  11. White pepper powder
  12. 1 teaspooncornstarch
  13. 1/2 cupcooled boiled water

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tofu into small cubes; chop the green onions into 1/4-inch pieces; soak the shiitake mushrooms in hot water until they expand, then remove the stems and dice them finely.

    Slice the ginger and garlic thinly or mince them; finely chop the lean meat.

    Mix the seasoning sauce: 3 tablespoons soy sauce + 1 tablespoon oyster sauce + a little salt + white pepper powder + half a cup of cooled boiled water.

    Heat cooking oil in a pan, add the ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the minced meat and stir until it firms up, then add the shiitake mushrooms and stir together.

    Add 1-2 teaspoons of seasoning granules to the pan. Sauté until the shiitake mushrooms are fragrant, then pour in the pre-mixed seasoning sauce and bring to a boil. Add the tofu and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and simmer for an additional 3 minutes.
