Ingredients

2 loaves
  1. 2 cupssugar
  2. 1 cupbutter (2 sticks), softened
  3. 2 cupsflour
  4. 5eggs
  5. 6 Tbsp.milk
  6. 2 tsp.baking soda
  7. 1 1/2 cupschopped ripe banana (about 3 bananas)
  8. 1 cupchopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients into mixer.

    Blend well; allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Split equally among 2 greased bread pans.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Allow to completely cool.

  5. 5

    Once cooked wrap in plastic wrap and place in ziplock bag. I store mine in fridge and freeze some for later.
