Ingredients

  • 1 kachcha aam( raw mango)
  • 200 gmgrated jaggery
  • 1 tspRock salt (kala namak)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 garlic pod
  • 1 inchginger
  • 4 green chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the kachcha aam.

  2. 2

    Put all the ingredients together in a blender jar except jaggery. Blend it and remove it in the serving bowl. Add grated jaggery mix well.

  3. 3

    Green chutney is ready. You can serve it with samosa, paratha, sandwich or any snacks.
