Ingredients

  • 200 gfresh fried omena
  • 1/2onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1/2green capsicum
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 1/2zucchini, finely diced
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute the onions and add in the chopped garlic. let cook for a minute.

    Add in the capsicum and the zucchini, and allow to cook till tender

    Add in the tomatoes and let cook to a paste

    Add in the seasoning and stir.

    Add in the omena and toss

    Add in a little water and stir. Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer

    Remove from heat after the liquid has completely reduced
