Ingredients

  • 11/2 lbsextra lean ground beef
  • 3/4 cupItalian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoonItalian spices
  • 1/2 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 cupegg substitute

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together and form 1½ inch ball. Put in top of steamer basket.

  2. 2

    Put ¼ cup water in bottom of steamer, cover and cook 5 to 8 mins on highe or until cook through.

  3. 3

    Rinse under hot water for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Use in normal way you would use meatball

  5. 5

    To freeze, flash freeze meatball and the place in a freezer bag use as many as or few as needed.

  6. 6

    Makes about 3 meatball per serving
