In a mixing bowl add sooji,chopped tomatoes,capsicum,green chilli, Coriander,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Chaat masala,salt and 1/2 cup curd and make a thick batter

Now take the bread slices and apply the topping on one side (leave the other as it is) it then the place the topping side facing the downwards and cook it medium flame and grease it with ghee and roast it untill it turns golden brown.

Once done flip it on the other side and roast it a little and done turn off the flame and transfer it into the serving plate

Your rava toast is ready
