Simple,easy to make and quick recipe.(enjoyed the laddu in childhood).
Steps

Lightly roast dry fruits, then powder them.

In a bowl, mix milk, jaggery/sugar and ghee until jaggery dissolves.

Add dry fruit powder and cardamom powder, mix well.

Add popped sorghum powder and mix until it forms a thick lump.

Take portions and shape into laddus.
- 6
Serve topped with a little ghee.
Tips
Using jaggery enhances the flavor, and lightly roasting the dry fruits adds a nice aroma.
