Heast up kadhai add some oil. Once it gets heated add mustard and cumin seed let them crackle. Add onion, green chillies and curry leaves. when onion changes colour add garlic ginger paste. Let it cook until garlic leaves it's aroma.

Now add tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt and mix it well till tomato gets cooked.

Add cabage and mix it and when cabage gets cooked halfway then add besan mix well and wait for 2-3 min.

Now add 3 cups of water and let it cook. Put lid on kadhai and let it cook well. Serve hot with chapati or bhakri.
