Add 160 g greek yogurt, 20 g oil, 1 egg, 120 g milk, 40 g sugar, 1 pinch salt and mix well using a silicone spatula

Sieve 125 g plain flour, 18 g baking powder and gently mix it using folding technique; try not to mix too much

Pan fry each side of the pancake for 4 minutes at 150 degree celsius

Rest the pancake for a few minutes to cool down a bit for a better texture
