Makes about 30 cookies about 2" in diameter. The cinnamon and coffee are optional but really adds to the overall flavor.

of course I love this recipe. if you bake a little less they will be soft and great and if you cook them the full 10 minutes they are soft but chewy :-)

I wanted to serve German chocolate cake with the ability to transport it and have it easy to serve so I filled these cookies with the traditional coconut pecan frosting / filling. The cookies are a take on my fudge brownies and are good all by themselves but wonderful with the filling!

Found a box of brownie mix, maple brown sugar oatmeal packets, & roasted almonds and made the most easy, deliciously chewy cookies. These cookies can be on the sweet side so if you prefer substitute 1 packet of maple payment with plain quick oats!So easy it's stupid!!
