Ingredients

  1. 2 glassesWater
  2. 2 tbsGinger garlic paste
  3. Mutton (mix boti) 1 and 1/2 kg
  4. 6 Tomatoes
  5. Cherry tomatoes 1cup
  6. 6 Green chillies
  7. Ginger Julian cut for presentation
  8. Lemon for presentation
  9. Coriander leaves for presentation
  10. 1 cup Oil
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 tbs red chilli powder
  13. 1 tbsBlack pepper powder
  14. 1 tbs Meat tenderizer

Cooking Instructions

50 mins

    Take pan add water, mutton, ginger garlic paste.

    Then add meat tenderizer and cook for 30 mins on medium low flame.

    Now cook on high flame until all the water is evaporated.Then add oil.

    Now fry for 5 mins and add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins on low heat.

    Now remove the skin of tomatoes. Then smash them.Then add tomato puree and then add green chillies and cook for 5 mins.

    Now add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper and then cook for 5 mins on low heat.

    Serve hot with Tandoor ki Roti.
