Steps

Grind all the spices (bay leaves, dried red chilli, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin) into a fine mix and them keep it aside.

In the same mixture grinder take the musterd seeds and make a fine powder.

In a pot boil 2 litre of water with salt and the pieces of mango. Boil till it become half. Then switch off the flame and keep it aside till it becomes lukewarm.

In a large bowl take the musterd powder, turmeric powder and premixed spices powder. Add little water at a time and mix it well. Continue this process till you get the right consistancy.

When done keep it aside. When it becomes completely cool add 2 tspn of vinegar and mix it well.

Finally your homemade kasundhi is ready. Store it in air tight container.
