Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpumpkin cut into cubes and deskinned
  • 1 stalkcelery
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2carrot cubed
  • Olive oil
  • Turmeric, garlic,pepper,salt
  • 1/2 cupsoy milk
  • 2 tbspyoghurt (any)

Steps

  1. 1

    First in olive oil sauté all veggies and let it simmer adding the spices.keep it closed for a few minutes

    Then add 2 cups water and let it boil and cook until soft.

    Now using a stick blender purée the veggies and add milk yoghurt. Adjust to ur taste and ready to
