Take two slices of bread and cut the middle with a glass

Melt some butter in a frying pan. Place the bread slices and crack the eggs into holes we cut earlier.

Fry the egg and bread on both sides, seasoning with salt & pepper

Serve with a good mug of mocha or milk....
