Firstly you have to grind oreo cookies in a jar. Pour it all in a bowl and add 2 tspn powdered sugar+baking powder. Gently mix it. Now add milk slowly and make a smooth paste that is not so thick and not so thin. Preheat the wok by adding a cup of salt in it by covering it with the lid and on the other hand grease the mould with butter and sprinkle some refined flour on it. Pour the batter in the mould and put it into the wok by placing a stand in the centre under the mould. Bake it for 25-30 mi

Ingredients

  • 5oreo biscuits pack of 10 rs each(crushed)
  • 2tspn powdered sugar
  • 3/4tspn baking powder
  • Halfglass of milk
  • Kitkat
  • Gems
  • Chocolate balls
  • Choco chips
  • Chocolate
  • Cream

Steps

    Add allbthe cookies in a mixer jar and coarsely grind it

  2. 2

    Pour this mixture in a bowl and add pwdered sugar,baking powder and milk to make a nice batter.

  3. 3

    Grease the mould with butter or oil and sprinkle some refined flour. preheat the wok and place the stand in centre of wok. Now place the mould on that stand and let it bake on medium low flame for 25-30 min. By covering a lid.

  4. 4

    After getting cake ready, release it's side and put it in a plate and apply ganache evenly on it. Sprinkle gems,choco chips,balls on it and put kitkat on it's sides.
