1 tspcrushed garlic
1 tbspmaida
100 mlmilk
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tsporegano
1 tsppepper powder
1 tspsalt
50 gmprocessed grated cheese
1 cupboiled pasta

In a pan, add butter and let it melt and then add crushed garlic and maida and stir. Now add in some milk and whisk gently to ensure that there are no lumps.

Now add in the chilli flakes, oregano, pepper powder,salt and mix it well.Add in the grated cheese and stir well.Our white creamy cheese sauce is ready.

.Now add in the boiled pasta and some veggies if you like and garnish with some olives,chilli flakes, oregano. Grate some more cheese over the pasta if you want more.
