Steps

First make batter.take gram flour(besan),add red chilli powder and salt and pinch of dry soda.add water and make medium thick consistency batter.

Take bolied potatoed.mash it using hand.give tadka using mustard seeds(rai),green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and salt.Mix it properly.potato masala is ready.

Now take both.batter and potato masala.make round roll.and deep it into batter.add it into heat oil.flame is medium high.and cook it for 5 min.batata vda is ready.take it out and put it on tissue paper.
