Ingredients

20 to 25 min.
4 person
  • Main ingredients:
  • 2 cupchopped onion
  • 1 cupchopped tomato
  • 2 cuptuver dal
  • 1 table spoonmug dal
  • 1 table spoonudad dal
  • 1 table spoonchana dal
  • 1 table spoonjiru
  • 2tej patta
  • 2 table spoonghee/oil
  • Masala:
  • 1 table spoonGinger garlic paste
  • 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 table spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 table spoondhnya -jira powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • For tadka:
  • 2 table spoonghee and red chilli Powder

Steps

20 to 25 min.
  1. 1

    Take ghee in pan.heat it.add jiru, tej patta,cook it for 2 min.add chopped onion and cook it until it change colour brown.add tomatoes and cook it and add all masala and salt as per taste.Add boiled mix dal.add water and cook it.at last give tadka using ghee and red chilli powder.garnish it with green coriander and add butter for More taste(optional).
