  2. 2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1 cupchopped tomato
  4. 2 cuptuver dal
  5. 1 table spoonmug dal
  6. 1 table spoonudad dal
  7. 1 table spoonchana dal
  8. 1 table spoonjiru
  9. 2tej patta
  10. 2 table spoonghee/oil
  11. Masala:
  12. 1 table spoonGinger garlic paste
  13. 1 table spoonred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 table spoonturmeric powder
  15. 1 table spoondhnya -jira powder
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. For tadka:
  18. 2 table spoonghee and red chilli Powder

Cooking Instructions

20 to 25 min.
  1. 1

    Take ghee in pan.heat it.add jiru, tej patta,cook it for 2 min.add chopped onion and cook it until it change colour brown.add tomatoes and cook it and add all masala and salt as per taste.Add boiled mix dal.add water and cook it.at last give tadka using ghee and red chilli powder.garnish it with green coriander and add butter for More taste(optional).
