Ingredients

4 small cups
  • 240 mldairy free milk
  • 45 gdairy free dark chocolate
  • 1level teaspoon cornstarch
  • 15 gcaster sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the milk and cornstarch into a saucepan
    Whisk until the cornstarch has dissolved
    Heat the milk until just before boiling

  2. 2

    Turn down the heat to low and stir in the chocolate and sugar
    Stir continuously until the chocolate thickens
    Pour into four little espresso cupcakes and enjoy
