Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cupnamkeen boondi
  • 1/2 cupmeethi chutney
  • 1 glass- Pudina ka khata pani
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspbhunna jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsplal mirchi powder
  • 20-25 pcsPuris
  • someIcecubes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix mashed potatoes and some boondi

    Add salt bhuna jeera powder lal mirchi powder and little chat masala

    Mix well. Keep aside.

    Now take pudina water and add some Icecubes.

  5. 5

    Add some boondi. Stir well.

  6. 6

    Now arrange puri in serving dish.

    Take one puri make a cavity and fill potato mixture.

    Sprinkle chaat masala and pour meethi chutney and fill with pudina water.

    Enjoy super tempting and mouth watering pani puris.
