1/4tomato piece
1 inchGinger
1 clovegarlic
1/8 tspcinnamon
Pinchsalt

Make ginger and garlic paste,cut the tomato into small cubes set aside

Break two eggs to a small bowl,add in all the other ingredients whisk together
3

Put oil in a pan and fry the egg,when ready put in between bread slices then serve when hot with tea.
