  • 1 tbspdesi ghee
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder

  1. 1

    Soak and wash rice add oil now add cumin seeds when it crackle add peas and potatoes.

    Now add salt red chilli turmeric and garam masala add rice and mix well.

    Now add water and take 2 whistles
