Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. As per taste Salt
  4. 1tomato (chopped)
  5. 2large sized onion (cut into thick rings)
  6. 1/2 tspblack salt
  7. 3-4Green chilies (chopped)
  8. FewCoriander leaves
  9. As per taste Chaat masala
  10. 2boiled sweet corn
  11. As required Oil for shallow frying
  12. As required Water

Steps

    In a bowl take rava, curd and salt. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add tomatoes, green chilies, sweet corns and coriander leaves in it.

  3. 3

    Gradually add water and make a batter. Whisk it properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Separate onion rings and keep aside.

  5. 5

    Heat a tawa and grease it with oil. Put 2-3 onion rings on the tawa, pour uttapam batter into each ring. Decorate some chopped tomatoes. Cover it and cook it on medium heat.

  6. 6

    After 2-3 minutes when upper side of uttapam looks cooked.Flip it, sprinkle some chaat masala and cook for few minutes. Repeat the same process for remaining.

  7. 7

    Place uttapam rings in a serving plate and enjoy with chutney or sauce.
