In a bowl take rava, curd and salt. Mix well.

Now add tomatoes, green chilies, sweet corns and coriander leaves in it.

Gradually add water and make a batter. Whisk it properly and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Separate onion rings and keep aside.

Heat a tawa and grease it with oil. Put 2-3 onion rings on the tawa, pour uttapam batter into each ring. Decorate some chopped tomatoes. Cover it and cook it on medium heat.

After 2-3 minutes when upper side of uttapam looks cooked.Flip it, sprinkle some chaat masala and cook for few minutes. Repeat the same process for remaining.

Place uttapam rings in a serving plate and enjoy with chutney or sauce.
