Mango Dessert

For custard
4 tbsp custard powder mixed in 1/2 cup milk, mix well no lumps, now put remaining milk to heat add 2 tbsp of sugar, as sugar dissolves add custard mix and stir continuously till it thickens. You need good thick consistency.
Put it and fridge, till it sets. - 2
Whip your cream, mine is sweet so not added any sugar. If unsweetened you can add 1 tbsp of powdered sugar, whip till you get soft peaks. Put it in a piping bag.

Now Assemble -
Take out your custard. Pipe some cream on it creating a thin layer of cream,then layer of jelly cubes, now layer of mango cubes on it, then again layer of custard,then cream,you can cover it completely, like I have done. - 4
Keep in fridge for an hour, before you serve. It is good to go for 3 days in fridge.
** Sugar can be increased if you want. Mine was mild sweet.
