Spicy moong dal shots

Soak moong dal for 4 hours or for 1 hour in warm water the grind to a coarse paste

Transfer the dal paste in a bowl add red chilli powder cumin powder coriander powder hing ajwain salt garam masala powder

Also add Chopped onions coriander leaves chopped green chilli 1 boiled potato mashed

Mix well beat the mixture with spoon or hands for good 5 minutes until it changes colour becomes light and fluffy

Heat oil to medium drop small portions with spoon or hands flop after 2 minutes then increase heat and fry until golden drain on absorbent paper relish with chutney or sauce
