૧ મીનીટ મીક્ષ કરી નીચે પ્લેટ પર લઈ તેમા કોથમીર, કાળા તલ,તેલ મીક્ષ કરી લોટ બાંધવો પછી વણીને શેકવી. Diet no oil mixed,zero persent fat.
