Ingredients

15 Minutes
  • 1 cupbasmati rice, soaked
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 2large potato, cut into circles
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1bayleaf
  • 1cardamom
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chili powder
  • 1 tspcoriender powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 cupwater

Steps

15 Minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds, bayleaf, cardamom fry for second.

  2. 2

    Add onion fry till light pink, add peas and all spices, salt mix well. Add potato, rice & water stir well.

  3. 3

    Cover with lid cook until 2 whistle.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
