It is crunchy outside yet soft inside due to the samosa filling.This bread will become an everyone favourite too as Samosa are loved by all and since the filling is in this dish too,it would be loved by everyone too!
Steps

Firstly to make the bread, take the yeast,sugar and add a little lukewarm water and mix it. Leave for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Now take the Maida and add 2 tbsp Oil to it followed by the yeast mixture. Also add lukewarm water.

Now with this mixture make a dough for 5-6 minutes till it becomes smooth. Let it rest till the dough doubles in size.

Now to make the filling,take 2 tbsp Oil and heat it. Once it heats up,add whole jeera,hing and ginger garlic chilli paste.Now add the onion and turmeric powder and sauté.

Now add the boiled peas and mashed potatoes

Now add Red Chilli Powder,Salt,Dhaniya Powder,Garam Masala Powder,sugar and lemon juice. Mix this well. You may alter the spiciness as per your taste.

Finally Add some chopped coriander and let the mixture cool down.

Now take the bread dough and make small balls of the dough. Now roll the balls and flatten them. Cut out a sector of the rolled dough as seen in the picture.

Now add around 1 tbsp of the filling to it as shown below.

Now roll it into a cone shape as seen in the picture below.

Repeat for multiple balls and the arrange in a baking tray as seen below.

Now brush over with some butter and milk. Let this rest for 20 minutes.

Now in a preheated oven bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C.

Serve hot with Chilli sauce or any other preferred dip and now it's ready.
