200 gbutter
200 gsugar
4eggs
100 gcocoa
100 gplain flour
150 gchocolate (preference)

Preheat oven to 180’C.

Butter and sugar beaten till fluffy and add the eggs.

Add cocoa to mixture and mix through.

Sieve flour and add to brownie mix.

Grease a rectangular dish and pour brownie mix in. Leave to rest for 5 minutes. Break chocolate into chunks and space evenly on top of brownie mix.

Bake for 25 minutes the leave to cool.

Slice the tray into preferred stock sized pieces. Best served warm with the chocolate being gooey.
