Cut bhindi into 2 inch size and regular aloo size

Fry the aloo and bhindi for 5 minutes until the rawness is gone and take out in a plate

Make a paste of the mustard seeds, onions, garlic cloves. In a pan, heat the oil and cook the paste for 3/4 minutes until the masala leaves oil in pan. Add the spices and cook for some more 2 minutes, add some water and cook for 1 minutes

Add the fried aloo Bhindi to the gravy and cook for 2/3 minutes.

Serve the gravy with lemon juice on top
