Have this when you crave Chinese food and you don't want to cook which takes a lot of time to prepare.

Steps

Add maggi noodles and boil till 90% done, transfer it to a cold water, strain and keep aside, this helps in removing starch that makes maggi sticky.

In a pan on medium-high heat add sesame oil.

Now add Garlic, Ginger and Green Chillies. Cook for a minute.

Now Add onions cook for a minute. Add capsicum as well and cook till onions and capsicum are half cooked.

Add Maggi noodles, Schezwan sauce, Vinegar, Salt, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, pepper, Maggi Masala, salt, mix well.

Garnish it with some spring onions and serve hot.

Chilli chinese maggi is ready.
