500 mlfull fat milk
200 gmssugar
2 tbspbutter
1 tbspvanilla essence
1 pinchsoda

Whisk together milk & sugar in a pan over medium low heat.

Continue to simmer, whisking often, until milk has reduced by half. About 30 minutes.

Once reduce remove from heat & stir in butter and vanilla essence & soda. Allow to cool completely & store in refrigerater for upto 1 week.
