Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 kg)
  • 1 cuppickled cucumbers (about 240 ml)
  • 4fried potatoes
  • 2 tablespoonsgarlic sauce:
  • Mayonnaise
  • Yogurt
  • Crushed garlic
  • Garlic powder
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pita bread
  • For the marinade:
  • 1 cupplain yogurt (about 240 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonwhite pepper
  • 2 tablespoonschicken seasoning or mixed spices
  • 1 teaspoonground ginger
  • 2 tablespoonsgarlic powder
  • 1 tablespoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoonseven spice blend
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonvinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken breasts and slice them into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, prepare the marinade by mixing all the marinade ingredients together. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Spread the marinated chicken pieces on a baking sheet and roast until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Wrap the chicken in pita bread with garlic sauce, pickles, and fried potatoes.
