Ingredients

  1. Koftay Balls
  2. 1/2 kgKoftey Mince
  3. 1 largeOnion
  4. 2-4Green chillies
  5. 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic
  7. 1/2 tspChili powder
  8. 1 tspAll spice
  9. 1 tspCoriander powder
  10. 2Bread slices soak in water
  11. 1 egg
  12. Salan
  13. Oil 1/2 cup Onion 1
  14. 1 tbspGinger garlic
  15. 1 tspSalt
  16. 1-1/2 tspChilli powder
  17. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  18. 2 tspCoriander powder
  19. 1/2 cupAll spice
  20. 3/4 cupDahi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For koftay: Put all ingredients in chopperand grind finely.
    Now make balls and keep it aside.

    For salan: Heat oil, put onion and ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 minutes nicely.
    Now add salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, all spice and yoghurt and fry it nicely.
    Now put koftay and cook until it set.

  3. 3

    For gravy: Add 1 cup water and cook for 10 minutes.
    In end, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
