Slice onions, curry leaves, green chilli.

Boil potatoes and peel off.

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats pour oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds once it starts crackle add onions, curry leaves, green chilli, roast it well, add ginger garlic paste. Add turmeric, salt.

Once the onion becomes brown, crush potatoes and add into it, add chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and mix it well. Once it cooked keep it aside.

Take maida flour, add salt, ajwain, cumin seeds. Add hot oil as well

Add water and make dough.

Take small portion of dough, and make into circle shape, keep potato curry into it. Close the edges.

Deep fry in oil.

Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
