Soak sabja seeds in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.

Take a mixer jar add curd salt pepper and pudina leaves and beat well do that pudina leaves should be crushed nicely.

Now take 1/2glass beated curd pudina lassi with sabja seeds add water as you want andCheck the salt add 2 ice cubes or as you want cold and garnish with pudina leaves!

Ready to serve.
