Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  • For manchurian ball
  • 1 cupAll-purpose floor
  • 1 cupcorn flour
  • 1 cupFinely chopped cabbage
  • 1 cupfinely chopped Onion
  • 1 CupFinely chopped carrot
  • 1 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  • 1 Cupspring onions
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 1 tbspgreen chili paste
  • 1 tbspRed chili powder
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 1 tbspgreen chili sauce
  • 1 tbspred chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspmanchurian masala
  • As neededOil
  • as neededwater
  • For gravy
  • 1 cupmix vegetables (Capsicum, cabbage, onion)
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tspgreen chilli sauce
  • 2 tspManchurian masala
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • Pinchajino moto

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly in mixing bowl take all chopped vegetables add all-purpose flour, corn flour,salt,soya sauce,red and green chili sauce,ajinomoto,red chilli powder and mix it and make stuffing like a dough in between gradually add water if required

  2. 2

    Make a small round manchurian ball and fry it

  3. 3

    Now heat a pan add ginger garlic paste,green chili paste saute it for a minute now add chopped veggie and saute for few minutes now add soya sauce,green and red chilli sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, spring onions and saute it for twice a minute

  4. 4

    REMEMBER..in making of all Chinese dishes kept your flame always High

  5. 5

    Maintain quantity of all ingredients because we using all ingredients 2 time in balls and gravy

  6. 6

    Maintain quantity of Salt because datk soya sauce also contains salt..

  7. 7

    Now add manchurian ball in gravy and Cook it with greavy and switch off the flame within 2 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve it in serving plate and garnish with some spring onions...

  9. 9

    Enjoy manchurian in rainy season
