Firstly in mixing bowl take all chopped vegetables add all-purpose flour, corn flour,salt,soya sauce,red and green chili sauce,ajinomoto,red chilli powder and mix it and make stuffing like a dough in between gradually add water if required

Make a small round manchurian ball and fry it

Now heat a pan add ginger garlic paste,green chili paste saute it for a minute now add chopped veggie and saute for few minutes now add soya sauce,green and red chilli sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto, spring onions and saute it for twice a minute

REMEMBER..in making of all Chinese dishes kept your flame always High

Maintain quantity of all ingredients because we using all ingredients 2 time in balls and gravy

Maintain quantity of Salt because datk soya sauce also contains salt..

Now add manchurian ball in gravy and Cook it with greavy and switch off the flame within 2 minutes

Serve it in serving plate and garnish with some spring onions...
