Ingredients

6 to 7 servings
  1. 1/2 KGChicken
  2. 1 KGPotatoes (Boiled & Mashed)
  3. 5Green Chilies (chopped)
  4. 1Onion (chopped)
  5. 10 gmMint (chopped)
  6. 10 gmFresh Coriander (chopped)
  7. Salt (As Needed)
  8. 1 TBSPCumin Powder
  9. 1 TBSPRed Chili Crushed
  10. 1 TSPGaram Masala Powder
  11. 1/2 TSPTurmeric Powder
  12. 1 TBSPGinger Garlic Paste
  13. 6 TBSPMaida
  14. 4 TBSPCorn Flour
  15. 2Eggs
  16. Cooking Oil (As Needed)
  17. Bread Crumbs (As Needed)
  18. Cooking Oil (As needed for frying)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all, In a grinder, add chicken, Chopped Green Chilies, Chopped Onion, Mint, Fresh Coriander, Salt, Cumin Powder, Red Chili Crushed, Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and grind them well

  2. 2

    Next, Take a bowl, add Potatoes (Boiled & Mashed). Then add the grinded mixture which we have prepared above. Also add Maida, Corn Flour, Egg, mix them again with the help of your hands & keep this mixture aside

  3. 3

    It’s time to make potato doughnuts. Apply some cooking oil at your hands & make round shape cutlets from the mixture which we have prepared in previous step. Place a round cut in these round cutlets to make doughnuts

  4. 4

    Dip these into Egg & apply bread crumbs. Finally, add Cooking Oil in a pan. Put the round shaped doughnuts into this oil and fry them at low flame until they changed into golden brown

  5. 5

    Tasty Potato doughnuts are ready to serve
